Take home points: The workshop provided technical assistance to ASEAN Member States (AMS) for the completion of missing data entries from third-party databases. Two types of data completion mechanisms are covered:
. Outdated/ missing data that is quantitative in nature and can be completed with national data. 
Using statistical methodologies that are as close as possible to the original third-party database.
. Outdated/ missing data that is qualitative in nature and can be completed with the input of a panel of national legal/ policy/ regulatory experts. Using scoring mechanisms that are as close as possible to the original third-party database.
