Official Visit from Mr. Robert Kaproth, Deputy Assistant Secretary, U.S. Department of the Treasury

The visit commenced with a warm welcome from YBhg. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohd Uzir Mahidin, Chief Statistician Malaysia, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with Mr. Kaproth. The focus of the meeting was to discuss Malaysia’s good trade balance as reported in the monthly customs data on goods trade and the goods trade balance as reported in the quarterly balance of payments (BOP) data.We at DOSM were honored to host Mr. Kaproth and look forward to future engagements!
