Meeting with Asian Development Bank (ADB): Collaboration on Green City Action Plans (GCAP) - Scoping Mission and Data Request

The delegates of ADB, headed by Ms. Elaine Tan, Head of the Department, Advisor, ERDI and Head, Statistics and Data Innovation Unit, visited DOSM for an initial discussion about the proposal aiming to foster sustainable urban development through Green City Action Plans (GCAP). The focus is on reducing environmental impact, enhancing resilience, and boosting economic competitiveness. The ADB proposal emphasizes leveraging gamified learning for climate priorities dissemination, particularly targeting school-aged children. Collaboration with DOSM seeks to enrich data insights on education, TVET, and human capital development, especially DOSM experiences in data collection and data availability.Stay tuned for the next programmes!
