The publication of the Distribution & Use of Income Accounts and Capital Account provides a comprehensive picture of macroeconomic indicators concerning income, saving, investment and net lending/borrowing of each institutional sector in the economy for reference year 2009.

This publication provides the sequence of accounts which consist of five main accounts namely production account; primary distribution of income account; secondary distribution of income account; use of income account and capital account. The compilation of the Distribution & Use of Income Accounts and Capital Account is based on the recommendation outlined in the System of National Account 1993.

To assist users in understanding this publication, technical notes relating to scope, methodology as well as definitions of the elements in the Distribution & Use of Income Accounts and Capital Account have been incorporated. The detail of accounts are presented in the last part of this publication.
