Life expectancy is the expected (in the statistical) number of years of life remaining at a given age. It means the average number of subsequent years of life for someone according to a particular mortality experience. The life expectancy of a group of individuals is heavily dependent on the level of health care. The life expectancy was generated based on the mortality rates using the Coale-Demeny (West) and the Brass Logit model. Life Expectancy System was only developed with the aim to give a description on the estimated average remaining life of the individual.
