| a. | Data extracted from existing computer generated tabulation will be made available within a period of 3 to 5 working days. | ||||
| b. | Data which require additional computation, compilation and processing will be made available within a period of 2 to 10 working days. | ||||
4. | Over the counter customers will be entertained within 10 minutes of arrival. | ||||
5. | Complaints received through letter/ e-mail/ fax/ telephone will be answered within 7 working days. | ||||
