- Enumerator will visit every living quarters to interview the respondent.

| Drop-off and Pick-up (DOPU) |

- Enumerator will drop-off a Census Kit in the living quarters where respondent will fill up the questionnaire. Enumerator will then return to the living quarters at the agreed date and time within three (3) days after drop-off to pick up the completed questionnaire.

- Respondent will fill up an electronic form i.e. e-Census which can be accessed at the department website at http://www.statistics.gov.my. Respondents must obtain Identification particulars (ID) from the enumerator who will be visiting the place of residence to drop off the census kit. Respondents must use the ID given in order to access the e-census system
